This pretty much tells us that Trump is being set up to be the next President.
Rudy Giuliani was mayor of NYC during 9/11 and said there have been no terrorist attacks on US soil before Obama took office. TODAY.
He basically admitted it was an inside job.
He has unofficially endorsed Trump.
People haven't been paying attention...I have, this has been years in the making.

So a broader question is, have we had a bipartisan government, or a unilateral government that sometimes doesn't agree with itself but always unites to serve the greater interests of whites in America?

That definition needs more details, it is anti-democratic though. There are different definitions, but most include one where large economic interests hold sway to the point where they hold outright in your face control. Fascism - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
