Been into speculative fiction since I can remember. My dad used to buy me comic books and I always loved stories and story telling. Then he introduced me to Star Trek and my cousin gave me Daredevil Born Again and Batman Year one in the 3rd Grade. The rest is history. Interned at Marvel in 08' in the X-men office. A lot of them are racists.

i've been writing since 3rd grade and writing comics since 10th grade. Published my first comic The Hierophants in 2012

My second in 2013 God cell which was a joint project

My 3rd In 2014 the Adventures of Soup and Sandwich in an anthology zine ( it's out of print now.)

My fourth American Dreams: Origin of the Dark American was published by Advent's sub imprint The Black Star Line ( Named after Lord Garvey's shipping line.)

Working on 3 more now. Lawful Evil with my co-writer/editor (Super hero revenge story)

The Last Clan with my protege on art duties and co-writing with me ( Kinda like Shaka Zulu or Black Panther with a more martial arts twist.)

And Knighmare a vigilante crime drama about the son of black mayor in a fictional city trying to prove his father's innocence after he was framed.

I'm also rebooting my Hierophants story into a less superhero more occult detective series.

I was a nikka that was in a group home and was a nerd. I went to the best school and was always at the top of my class.

I got locked up when I was 16, and there were a ton of other black boys who where into comics anime and all kinds of nerdy shyt.

I didn't. My identity is more formed around the media I create. I'm a writer of speculative fiction "Afro-futurism" ect. If I was just a fan I would not consider myself a nerd. I am creator. I have fans who consume my work. I live in this section of the human experience and I love it while actively adding onto it and growing it.
