Subject matter aside, Talib Kweli tries to cram as many words in every bar as possible too. I constantly see cats saying this about Em. You hate Em, you should hate how Talib raps too
The closest rappers to modern Eminem are Tech N9ne and that white rapper he signed, I can't see the Talib comparison. Busta Rhymes too.
Perhaps, Mac Miller too (some of his newer shyt) and discarding the subject of matter a bit I would say Kendrick Lamar. The way he plays with flows, goes into different personas, vivid and intense stories, dramatizes his verses and on.Earl Sweatshirt is the closest thing to that Eminem that was still riding the fence between underground and mainstream.

Never thought about it but yea definetly Danny Brown. You can def hear the influence in Kendricks music.
Danny Brown's whole style is reminiscent of encore which I found out later was one of his favorite albums...i'm like ok, that makes sense.
