Yes.
That was one of my only regrets in that I had to pay to for PS+ and start from scratch with my achievements and whatnot considering I switched to the PS4 from the 360 this gen.
But yeah, if you purchase an Xbox, your current membership/achievements transfers over.

X1 advantage over the PS4 is that it's not just a gaming console.

If you devote your Sundays to the NFL than the X1 is the way to go. Gaming + being able to watch NFL games at the same time... welll that's a no brainer to me.

Atm, the X1 has more games than the ps4. Although the PS4 has a pretty good lineup for 2015.

Not into UFC so I couldn't tell you.
I wasn't impressed by the demo but I think the consensus is that the game is subpar.
I don't recommend it from the things I've heard.

If you like call of duty then Titanfall is fun. Battlfield is still getting some burn too.

If you were grabbing a PS4, I'd suggest Infamous or The Last of Us.
The Xbox guys may be able to suggest some titles you're into when it comes to Xbox exclusives.
I can recommend Tomb Raider and Assassins Creed: Black Flag if you haven't played either of the two on the 360/PS3.
The graphical increase is noticeable compared to last gen (especially in Tomb Raider's case) and the games themselves are dope all around and will easily hold you over until the 23rd.
