A man named Lenon Honor has several documentaries where he has analyzed popular rap, hip hop and r&b songs. Definitely check his work out!
I remember watching his documentaries. I like his film on the Stars Trek series. But he went off the deep end with that Hip-Hop documentary.

Wish I could rep. Watched the whole thing and it was VERY insightful. Reminded me of my African American studies class. Even in Canada we had classes like this discussing Black culture. Only class I EVER liked.

Fantastic video and a very interesting lecture, thanks for sharing it. Who is this guy?
His name is Brady "Phanatik" Goodwin. From Philly. He teaches hip hop and ethics in the Philly public schools. He wrote an interesting book on hip hop and the various ways the word "niguh" is used by various artists.
