Nike+ GPS is what I use, basically has the same stuff as the other running apps in this thread

I don't know if there's one for Android but the 5x5 app on ios is great. Has a built in rest timer, tracks your progress and automatically increases the weight for you for your next session.

I use Tap & Track. I like the UI best out of all the calorie counters :manny:

The one thing I didn't like about the Nike app was the inability to shuffle your playlist. Hearing the same 5 or 6 songs(I don't run far) got old really quick.
