MJ still the mayor of Gary, when you hear some nikkas up there say the mayor, they talking about Mike. Soon as you turn on Jackson St you know what house is the Jackson 5 house because the whole stoop filled with flowers, candles and teddy bears. And this was even before he died, I haven't been to that part of Gary since Mike passed. I'm sure its on overload now. Some of my cousins went to Roosevelt High right behind the Jackson 5 house and they told me nikkas dont even do dirt in front of the house just outta respect.

Was just gonna post this. Those favelas were/are WAY more dangerous than any hood in LA or the entire western world for that matter. I read that apparently they had to get permission from the drug lords to film there. Once the kingpins heard it was MJ they were like "sure, you don't even have to ask!"
