Depends on how you are? For a person a little overwieght. 3 Month of healthy eating and working out 4 days a week, you will see a helluva change.

I think Lebron James has the best physique in the NBA , broad shoulders large arms and has good abs. Lebron looks roughly 12% bodyfat imo so thats a goal you should get to.

Every time I get in the gym I get a nagging little injury that sits me down smh. Got a bunch of inflammation in my right arm and it suddenly got way weaker than the left arm. Now I have to do physical therapy for that. I'll probably hire a personal trainer to make sure that I'm doing all my lifts correctly I'm tired of having setbacks. Need to sit down and read some of these books I bought like Starting Strength and Bigger, Leaner, Stronger as well.

I'm not about to change that side of myself though. I'm a nerd and I got my head up in books, reading and writing all the time. That's me and I won't apologize for it or change myself for anybody but that does mean even if I was in shape the ordinary heaux is going to find me boring as fukk. I mean my idea of fun is disscussing history and philosophy. Even highly intelligent, academic type women don't check for men who's personality is like that.
