Possibly. She got First Class right after her Oscar nomination on Winter's Bone, then got Hunger Games the next year. In comparison her Passengers co-star Chris Pratt waited for a decade and weight loss to even get the Guardians role.

On the other hand, not too many non-franchises are popping nowadays so I'm not sure if that's the right metric.

Adam Sandler and Will Smith don't have a big draw any more....Hence Will Smith has to get on his social media grind to connect with fans/people more authentic.
