Chicago Police Shoot 16 Yr Old...Of course there is a protest

Basically the car he was in matches the description of one involved in a shooting...they try to pull him over and he takes off.

Now of course folks are going to cry about police brutality...but how come most of these cases always seem to involve clowns like this?

Do yall really expect the general public to care about cases like this?

As for the general public no. I don't expect them to care about the case, and maybe they shouldn't but I fail to see why you don't think their wouldn't be a vigil for dude. People live fukked up lives everyday and have people show up to their funerals.

people walking on the expressway in "protest" of this kids death isnt just a vigil.

Claiming every police shooting is racist does more harm to the cause than any of those people realize.
Using a gang member w/ a tat on his neck isnt the best way to show that innocent black people are killed by the police.

I was going to make a thread on this. Chicago news outlets are reporting that after the teen jumped out of the car and ran he then turned and pointed a firearm at the officer, and they're also reporting that a firearm was recovered at the scene.

So hard these days to trust wtf anybody says happened, though. But clearly dude is a banger, clearly he owned a firearm or at least had easy access to one(the fb pics).

Sh!ts hard to rally behind with so little facts. But at the same time, there had to be something unjustifiable to happen for damn near the whole community to come out and protest.

Will wait for more facts.

If this kid was even a C student in school, I could see rallying behind his death, but a gangmember who is flashing his gun on facebook, nah. If you point a gun at cops, you can't expect them to not shoot. And I despise abusive cops. But if dude was in that car shooting at others, he got what he deserved.

Reason and logic isn't generally the hood's strong suit breh. So I doubt they care to look at it that way. But It's not up to them to change peoples minds about the presumed innocence or guilt of black people killed by police but the people who choose to believe Black's are always guilty in situations like this.

Just read that the mother had him while she was a junior in high school and was on the outstanding truancy list. She basically said, "I need to be here for my son whether school is in or not". Ok, cool. So why did you have 4 other damn kids? How much time did this mother spend with her first child? How often did she read to him? Where is his dad? Where does he get money for tattoos on his neck? What did he think his future was by being in a gang? Having a half sister who is a hoodrat, and knowing how they operate makes it hard to feel sorry for people who continue to make bad choices.
