Anything? I'm a tall good looking dude, so sometimes I feel like I'm missing out on a lot.

Then I look around at everything going on and realize that fat or not, everyone seems to be going through the same nonsense. Everyone having girl troubles, money stuff, self-esteem issues, making sense of it all issues. :yeshrug:

Maybe I'm seeing this wrong, maybe I've gotten to used to my current reality, but am I really missing out on that much. :ohhh:

I'm looking at some playas like @Walt @krackdagawd and so on.

i heard this quote one time, went something like this, "no man should live and die without getting to see his bodies full potential"

i agree with that. You're missing out on seeing your true athletic/aesthetic potential.

Even if you get girls now, you would get 10x as many if you were at a healthy weight.

And end of the day you're really missing out on life. You're cutting your life short by being obese. And you're cutting your life short by refusing to take care of your body. When i'm eating clean i feel 100x better than when i'm on the road eating pizza everynight. No better feeling than working out, putting healthy food in your body, and just knowing everything is working as it should be.

Missing out on having a lower chance of dying early

Missing out on a lower risk of diabetes, heart disease etc etc

Being overweight also increases your risk of other diseases such as arthritis, gout and fibromyalgia. These wont kill you, just force you to pay for expensive medications for the rest of your life, wasting money you could have potentially saved and overall lowering your quality of life

But from your post it seems that youre complacent with your current condition, so Im probably preaching to deaf ears

But heres a tip for when you decide to lose some weight. Lifting weights burns fat quicker than cardio. Combine both to get good results

I've never been fat breh I can't help :to:

I was super skinny and got in shape. I can say that random women never looked at me with lust in their eyes while I was skinny :francis: Also I didn't have the energy I have now I imagine the same goes when hen you're :flabbynsick:

More stamina in bed too :cmsas2:

Did getting into really good shape help with that boxing? Right now that's the only thing motivating me to get in shape.

a lot...take it from me went from 280 to 170ish after a while im fat again(not as much as before but still ffat)

Hmmm. What were some of the more noticeable things?

Not on deaf ears, I'm in the gym everyday lifting. I got no problem with being in the gym, just that nutrition part. I love the weights and throwing them hands.

Hmm, who wants to live past 55 though? shyt is nothing but downhill from there, no matter who you are.

I boxed throughout hs my health got fukked up so I tossed it in the bushes for a while. I started lifting after that for a few years and got back into boxing w strength n conditioning about 2 years ago maybe.
