i dont know the burden of being a grimey ass nikka but seriously everybody see's how retarded black people look on a wide scale except black people

There is absolutely no way in fukking hell you can compare the history of white supremacy and its current socioeconomic conditions for Asians with the African American experience...no fukking way so take this dumb ass explanation and bounce this shyt in the bushes. This clueless mothafukka doesn't understand that distinct experiences and historical context are critical to counterhegemony in racial and capital oppression. We need to stop comparing our oppression with other groups and saying "oh look, they did it, so why can't we"...its simple: our oppression is different and requires different strategies, plain and simple. This billionaire is a full of shyt capitalist

He gave the exact problem we have today, bottom line, blacks don't stick together.

He understands our problem yes but also understands how fukked up white people are and that gives me some joy that someone else knows it and black people aren't crazy for thinking it

Exactly. Its the cold reality.

He's not comparing them he's saying what's wrong with the black man

He even said "We observe their strategies and develop our own" speaking about the system whites(the ones in power) use. We don't do that and he even said it we have to adjust to our own situation as they did and do to theirs

He couldn't be more right. Instead of making our own way, we beg for acceptance of our oppressors. There is no unity anymore so how can we prosper?

You are all missing the point: this Asian dude doesn't understand the mechanisms that have been put in place against blacks since the 1619 slave trade created commercial capitalism and transformed over time to keep us as low wage, inferior people in the socioeconomic sense...he doesn't understand; its not as easy as "we don't stick together"...we have been subverted over and over and over again...we do stick together and we practice agency, but oppression works to destroy our agency...the Asian is lost and needs to learn black history and actually live in a black working class area to understand...

What methods would you suggest black people employ to be successful? Are you saying in 2014 it's impossible for us to be further ahead than where we are due to slavery and Willie Lynch?

I would agree that the black experience in America is unique.
My question would be...how does the black experience in America differ from the black experience as a whole in Africa? And do the same things that hinder progress in the US hinder it there?

Edit -- in your view?

our situation isn't comparable to any other groups. but what he's speaking is truth. i see blacks whining cus asians wont hire us at their stores, but why would they? they created those businesses to empower their people. we are taught to sniff behind whites and eat their table scraps. part of the reason i hate these single mothers and their matriarchal bullshyt. BW get their opportunities from men of other races and truly believe that plan works just as well for black men.
