I'll be moving to a big city soon and am considering it.
What's it like? It's pretty much unfeasible for having company right? I know yall NYC and Toronto nikkas be on that wave.

^^^that's not even that bad space wise. You don't have a lot of clutter either, though.

i consider it a studio.
sometimes we would have friends over but they have to be close friends if they are going to stay over.
it was impossible for me to tolerate anyone staying over for more than 3 days.
i lived there with my girl and we learned to zone each other out so we could have our own time.
the backyard was amazing, we grew food back there for years.
rent was "reasonable" for NYC...$1150 a month.
accumulating possessions is a bytch.
i consider it a studio.
