Eh...17...18 years old...

I don't think being attracted to someone that age makes you a filthy animal.
It's bad that she cheated.
It's bad that she banged a student because there should be a barrier there.

But we need to get a grip.
It's not like some magical shyt happens where 17 = a baby that is never to be touched or looked at in any admiring way...... and 18 = you're an adult. Blowjobs for everyone!

"Law says teachers and students cannot date withing 30 days of graduating"

damn, she couldn't wait to legally cheat on her husband until graduation night? :what:
It's 30 days after graduation night and second, it was ongoing. Meaning while he was student. She was almost Scott free but had to chill with the alleged victim :mjlol: in the school parking lot.

I wonder how many folks even know thats a law. She might not have known its a law even though if true her ignorance probably wont help her. Her privilege probably will though. Still, its damn near a reverse loop-hole that benefits the state. In Iowa its considered statutory rape if the minor is 16 and under. So they cant charge her with statutory rape, but can hit her with a felony for not waiting 30 days after he graduates? Thats kind of ridiculous. So I wonder how this would have been treated if he dropped out? Or was truant?

Do I think she's wrong? Of course. Immoral? Definitely. Deserves a felony charge? No. Misdemeanor, and loses her job and license. Even if the relationship was ongoing prior to him turning 18, the State has to prove it, and they might not be able to do it. Even then she still cant be charged with statutory if it started while he was 17.
