I've been meaning to make this thread for a while because I've noticed more and more black women with obvious African names jumping on the BLM/CIS/Feminist/Shea butter bandwagon. They write about the effects of slavery, Jim Crow etc "on them" and their plight under the boot of black (read AA) men. :mindblown:

The latest reincarnation is this thread in the Locker Room

"Y'all Dont Deserve Black Women"

I didn't read the whole thread but Shoutout to @Lafarrakhan @Karbaash for expressing my sentiments exactly:

This girl talking about “.. since slavery we have” I’m pretty sure she’s Nigerian. That’s not her story to tell but yet she’s gladly taking money to speak about this. She’s sounds like she’s trying too hard with the way she’s writing on this piece.

It’s weird seeing some of these women speak on slavery and Jim Crow like their ancestors were even here during that time. That’s not their story to speak on but yet they insist on making those moments apart of their experience. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen a black female writer do this. It’s been happening more and more often.

Y'all AA's need to tell these African c00ns to keep their nose out y'all business and worry about their own problems.

If we tell em, we get accused of anti blackness. :comeon:

They'd respect it more if it came from AA men and women. They need to be told to stay in their lane.

They take too many liberties and inject themselves in issues that have little to do with them. They use AA struggles as a vehicle for self promotion.

shyt is cringeworthy at times :snoop:

Like that Eritrean broad who said that white slave owners love black women more than black men :snoop:

They're causing havoc in your community :wow:

Muddying the waters...contributing further to the gender divide smh

Great topic. I've been seeing this a lot. :snoop:

They're on that extreme feminist bandwagon and use anti black male rhetoric that ends up dividing the AA community since many of them never state their ethnicity. People just assume they're AA.

I've confronted a couple Somali ones and they accused me of being anti black:mindblown:

Just because I told them to stop injecting themselves in discussions that have nothing to do with them and talking as if they're some type of authority on AA matters.

I've said this before, but a lot of people have a sense of entitlement when it comes to AA culture because it's so globally promoted. Even eurocacs have strong opinions on things like Police brutality, hip-hop culture, etc.. AA's need to start checking these people and excluding them from these debates IMO.

Otherwise you end up with hoes like that Nkadi chick who present themselves as authorities. It only adds more unnecessary noise and causes more confusion.

It’s internet shyt breh. I’m an instructor and a lot of these youngins are looking for somewhere to fit in.

@Trajan remember you was saying UK people were trying bandwagon hop on BLM because they felt left out? Same shyt breh.

Yh for sure.

But I'm just amazed they're not being called out. It's counter-productive and dishonest when they don't have that history or background. Often, they didn't grow up in an AA household...are not with AA men...so wtf are they yapping about lol.

Wolves in sheep’s clothing, pathetic shyt.

IMO most sistas ain’t on that bullshyt, but they gotta be the ones to peep game and put they foot on these frauds necks. Just like us men gotta peep game and be able to filter the out bullshyt, separate the real from the fake.

Btw it’s very clear what the blueprint is to get on in Black representative media nowadays.

Everyone's at it....Somalis, Habeshas, Nigerians, Haitians, Jamaicans :russ:

But they're not writing about their own communities. Writing AA gender pieces is a lucrative hustle :mjpls:

It's pure cringe bro:snoop:

They do it for retweets and likes. I don't even think that they genuinely care about any of these issues. It's just a way to promote their own brand.
