i used to fukkin love these books, just based on the art itself

There's another book with short stories im lookin for...
1 of the short stories in it is about a boogie man, that sits outside on the monkey bars at the school playground. He sits and waits patiently for the kids to come out n play. He loves to eat their thumbs. In the background u can see the kids lookin out the windows.
