Yeah, but the scale is logarithmic, not linear. If Cali got hit by a 7.0 earthquake your thread title would be a lot different.

yeah bruh i dont know what all those big ass words mean especially with a few adioses in me all i know is I could barely stand still and hold my monitors and shyt from falling over and if i tried to walk I woulda prolly fell over or needed a wall to hold myself up

:wtf: Haiti was a 7.0 and killed 100,000 people..

The difference is Haiti's infrastructure versus California's. I think it's cute. I remember when that earthquake shook the East coast a couple years ago, and folks from Cali had the :rudy: :youngsabo: :childplease:faces on. A 5.0 can fukk you up if your infrastructure and the surrounding landscape isn't anywhere close to handling the shyt. A 6.0 is a morning alarm clock if the structures and the land can handle it.

Still, thanks for the heads up. Is San Andreas gonna pop before Yellowstone, or just keep being a cocktease about it?

I mean maybe the new neighborhoods is good n all but a lot of the houses in the bay area are built in the 60s, 70s and 80s.. mine specifically in the early 1970s.. my house was literally rockin back n forth..
