Just found out about this new subforum, so I decided a good way to get better would be to post some of my work for critique. This could be cool for people to post their work for critiques and notes.

Will post some pics tonight of what I'm working on right now.

What is it for though ? We could help you better if we know what you're aiming at.
If it's a human, maybe you should make the pecs less saggy ?

It's a human, I'm leaving the head for last cause those give me the most problems. This is going towards my senior project. I'm doin' an all Egyptian Mythology based demo reel.

It's a human, I'm leaving the head for last cause those give me the most problems. This is going towards my senior project. I'm doin' an all Egyptian Mythology based demo reel.
Looks like some complex stuff. :leon:
Will your demo involve some character movements coupled with cameras or lights handling ?
Will it be realistic or cartoonish ?

It'll have cameras and lights, ZBrush has all that stuff built into it. Animation, not sure about it yet. I can do basic animation, but I ain't that good at it.

I like doing a mixture of both, so I'm gonna try to incorporate both.

Looks like Lightwave then. Do you know that ?
And I did some animations for a tennis video game a few years ago with 3DS Max. It was fun to try to mimic the living :lolbron:

Muscles on the sides of the torso and the back anatomy, have been some bullshyt, but I think it's coming along slowly but surely.

Yeah it's better. Muscles on the upper body looks more realistic and the overall model definitely "feel" more human.
Maybe the calves needs a little improvement though, I feel like the proportion between them and the quads should be a little bigger :ld:
