If you are unfamiliar, #21EarlyDays is a movement started by Filipe Castro Matos to wake up at 4:30 in the morning every day for 21 straight days. It is an effort to do something different with your life and should produce a more productive lifestyle.

I'm usually up aroudn 6-630 am. I don't like waking up when it's still dark outside.

plus, usually on days when I wake up before 6, I end up getting sleepy really early like around 10pm.
