lionel richie :wow:

1 of the best songwriters of all time (he co-wrote "we are the world" with michael jackson) :mjcry:

he had a great run with the commodores (where he was to the go to songwriter) in the 70's then when he went solo in the 80's, bruh was 1 of the biggest stars in the 80's and wrote some of the most popular ballads and pop hit songs of the 80's :wow:

(songs he wrote while still with the commodores)

his solo run :whew:

that reggae influence :wow:

here's a really great documentary that bbc put together on lionel richie :wow:

yeah, i know some heads who think that too. but i like both eras of lionel, the commodores and solo :yeshrug:

lionel was a songwritin' machine :whew:
He started completely making beige pop music post Can't Slow Down.

Him and Smokey are paid beyond belief. Heard dude gets a $400,000 check a month for Brickhouse.
